The Civil Service Examination is considered to be one of the toughest exams, owing to the vast and dynamic nature of its syllabus. It is a challenge for any student to prepare this syllabus and to ensure that they get their names on the final list of selected candidates.
We, at Sankalp Loksewa (संकल्प लोकसेवा), want to accept this challenge and work with students in such a way that they clear the exam within a limited time. This is also why our holistic academic programme is designed to address most of the problems faced by PSC aspirants.

We realise the importance of First Phase (प्रथम चरण) and hold the view that it should be prepared at depth and in great detail. Moreover, the nature of questions asked in first Phase these days is such that only selective study cannot help. This is why we have planned our First Phase exam for 2 months.
Apart from this, we also believe that the preparation for First phase and Second phase Exam should be carried out together because a lot of the topics overlap. The fundamental difference is that in First Phase (प्रथम चरण) exam the correct answer has to be chosen from the given options, while in the Second Phase (दोस्रो चरण) Exam various aspects related to a topic has to be written as essay type answers.
In other words, while the first Phase Exam tests the accuracy of an aspirant’s knowledge, the Second Phase Exam(दोस्रो चरण) tests the skills of articulation. It is therefore advisable that a given topic should be prepared in a manner that both exams are covered.
